Random day #95473
Dec. 15th, 2003 09:10 pmWell, today has definitely not been the best day for me.
It started with my mom telling me that she was going to leave earlier than usual, and thus couldn't give me a ride to school. This was fine... it happens about once a week or so nowadays because of the weather. But then, the bus was late. -_- A friend of mine was rather upset over this because she had wanted to talk to someone who would be coming back that day after being away for a while.
1st period went by rather uneventfully, if you don't count the yummy Jamaican patties we got... go World Religions ISUs! We get food basically every day in that class because people bring in foods from the country they're talking about... and it's usually delicious. ^_^
The relative uneventfullness carried on into math... until the fire alarm went off right near the end of the period. Basically, this means 2000 people outside shivering without coats... some unlucky people were wearing t-shirts, and I feel so sorry for anyone who was in gym at the time... unless they had managed to get changed by then (outside in shorts and a t-shirt in the cold... brrrrrrrrrr). Rumour says that a smoke detector set it off... good thing because if it was a person pulling down the alarm as a prank, there would be a couple hundred people wanting to physically harm/kill them.
In the afternoon, nothing really happened... improv was cancelled for the week, so I've got to wait 'till the 1st day back for more of that fun stuff.
When I got home, my mom was on my case to get off the computer, *again*. Then I was sent to clean my room... a task which I started 2 weeks ago and have been working on a bit at a time since. I actually didn't get much done, as I took a nap and was a little disoriented when I woke up.
So... that's my day... not the best, and rather cold, but my day nonetheless.

Countdown: 10 days 'till Christmas, 9 'till Christmas Eve! and 4 until school ends...
