More ramblings of the Claire-chan

So, I woke up later than normal today to find Joyce at home. She's not feeling well. ;_;

I still haven't done much studying. I've done more BAKING over the past 2 days than I have studying... ^^;

But meh.

My room is relatively clean right now, which is good. We've got family coming over on Saturday for an early Christmas (PRESENTS!!!! ^_^).

I'm going downtown tomorrow (somehow...)

Why?

I'm auditionning for the chorus of a musical that my university is putting on. I think it's for a 3rd year class, but they need random people for the chorus.

Yes, the musical is in Scarborough but the auditions, downtown. No, I don't get it either.

The sad thing is, I don't know WHEN my audition is yet. Nor where exactly. (I know the building, but not the room.) Yay me?

So... yeah... that should be fun...

I need to lose weight. The baking is not helping.

I want to have a Christmas movie marathon the day after my last exam I think... or at least one for A Christmas Carol... (I have at least! 4 movie versions at my disposal). Yay for Christmas?

Ooh! I've been finding all sorts of random crack-ish stuff lately. It's making me happy.

...and I need to start keeping track of the people who have agreed to bear my child. It will make it so much easier to figure out how to make it happen logically. (...and yes. mpreg is cool, and apparently technically possible, so long as they are "surrogate fathers", and they have the right chemical balance)

Anyone want to show me how to make cool costumes? I've got 2 or 3 people I want to cosplay as now... ^^;

The Star seems to be putting a "Japanese Word of the Week" in their Planet section. Mom pointed it out to me today. This week's: "Matta ne"/"Jyaa ne" (isn't it generally romanized as "ja ne"?). I suprised her by telling her I knew what it meant already. ^^; Yay me?
It shows how it looks when written in... erm... hiragana or kanji... (I know it's not katakana... ^^;;;;) but not how to write it. ;_;

At least I can write my name...
