Written Posts Are The New Phone Post

Bwahaha... I'm back with more. Again, lj-cutted to save your friends page...
And for the record, this was all written between 10 and midnight last night. Not solid... on and off-ish. (like... at the end of a the second page, there was a few minutes where I stopped midsentence to grab a new page... and I stopped to do some stuff on blogthings too. :P

Oh, and I forgot to mention, my aunt stayed over for the past couple of days. It was nice seeing her again. She left... right before I started uploading this post. :P

I'll see her again soon, hopefully.

COUNTDOWN: Approximately one week till my parents are back.

Random Fact: The verse of the German anthem that has been used as the official anthem has changed over time. The first verse was used during the reign of the Nazis, and the third verse is the one used now. The second verse, while still part of the song, has never been too popular (as a national anthem), probably because it talks of "German women, German loyalty, / German wine and German song". ^^;

For the record, I know how to play it on the me-inet. :P

ZOMG 2 posts in a row!

More stuff from last night. I was in a really soul-baring mode... so I decided to do that whole “say stuff to 10 of your lj friends” thing.

I don’t have the “official” rules on me... so I’m just gonna put it in a separate post and... yeah. This is taking up 5 (single sided) pages of notes on my little paper squares.

Ah... and if any of it sounds weird... blame the fact that I was pretty tired when I was writing this. >.>

So... here we go.

1) I don’t remember when I met you because we were both so young. (There are pics of us posing in front of a camera with some other people and we’re both young enough to be doing things that we would probably never do unless we were supposed to be goofing off in the photos) and we’ve only been close for a fraction of that... and we’ve endured a lot of ups and downs within that time, too. But you are totally awesome and I love you (platonically) and I’m sorry for all the times that I go too far and annoy you, and thanks for all the times that you’ve held my hand and hugged me.

2) We’ve never really met in real life, but I really feel like you’re one of my closest friends. I’ve lost a lot of sleep due to you because I haven’t wanted to end our conversations... and honestly, you’re half the reason I’m online as often as I am. I love talking with you and you never get on my nerves or anything, and I hope that you were being truthful when you said I don’t either. I hope that we do get to meet sometimes soon... and that we keep in contact for the rest of our lives.

3) I almost hate you sometimes. I never get very much attention from anyone when you’re around, and sometimes your attitude drives me insane. But I also love you because we generally get along really well and share so many moments and inside jokes and random things... and you’re probably my favourite travel buddy. :P Stay awesome forever!

4) I’m willing to bet you’re not going to read this, but you get a spot on here anyway. I was so jealous when you got a girlfriend... I had a crush on you for years... and apparently others noticed a lot more than either of us did.... and then it was too late. But that was years ago and we’ve both moved on, and I love you and your girlfriend (again, platonically) very much. I miss our long emails! We must do that again sometime.

5) You’re growing up. I still can’t believe it sometimes. And our lives are taking different paths, but still similar in some ways. I know I’m not always the greatest person in the world, and neither are you, but I’m really glad that we get along better than we did when we were younger. I guess I’m growing up too. And look at me weird all you want, but I still think that we have a lot in common (physically) with the Elrics.

6) You’re everyone’s little brother and we all love you. Sometimes you worry me though... I’ve heard some rumours and have no idea if they’re true or not and I promise that I have no intention of asking you about them unless you come to me first and admit to any of them... but yeah... if any are true... well... let’s not go there right now. Anyways... yeah. I love your cluelessness and the way you gawk at stuff amuses me. Never change who you are.

7) Dude, I miss you. We need to do stuff again sometime. Like that name-based cosplay we were planning, or to get some non-alcoholic beverages or something. You know I love writing your name because it’s special. And I still can’t remember if the character I based on you in a few of my plot bunnies is Isabelle or Jezabelle, but she rants over the pronunciation of the letter Z and dyes her hair bright red to match her santa dress. I think you’d be proud. ^_~

8) I’ll be honest. You really annoy me sometimes with out meaning to at all. It’s probably because our outlooks are different... (you seem more... sadistic? I don’t know if that’s it or not.... >.>) but I love hanging out with you still. Why? Because you can also be random, fun, and nice. And honestly, some of the things that annoy me about you in some contexts are very cool/interesting in other ones. Life’s confusing like that, no?

9) Sometimes I feel like I’m mooching off of you and if I am then I’m really really sorry and if you tell me then I’ll either stop or do something to make up for it or something. But yeah... you are 119% awesome and always fun to hang out with. I’m really glad that I’ve met you, and I hope we do lots of more random stuff in the weeks, months, and years to come.

10) Ah... the coveted last spot. This actually goes out to two of you, because you’re both awesome. Thanks for saying hi almost whenever you see me online, and for all the hugs, glomps and tackles. I expect to hear reactions from both of you soon after the world cup is over. :P
