I have an hour left at work and there’s like… nothing to do (my manager leaves an hour before me, and she’s like… “Yeah. Ummm…. You can check the printer every 15 minutes or so and try to stop yourself from getting too bored,” since I finished all the stuff that I was supposed to do today and still have an hour left.
So… here I am. (Actually, I’m on Word. But shhhhh.)
And my work email isn’t set up yet (Apparently they’re not even sure we’re GETTING one. @.@) But as of YET I can get on all my other email accounts anyway…. But I’m not gonna during the day probably, just ‘cause I really shouldn’t…. If I’m stuck at the end of the day like this though, I make no guarentees. =P
So… I’ve started work. My contract right now is until August 20th (yes, I end on a Monday).
Work’s pretty good so far. I’ve mostly been invalidating addresses on a database from returned forms. And I’ll probably be learning how to do more stuffs soon.
The people here seem nice enough.
So… yeah.
There’s a couple anime/comic book stores within a short walking distance, so that’s cool. And there’s a little British shop. I’ll probably end up buying a Yorkie one day. There’s a little Japanese tea cup and pot set that looks adorable too… but I really don’t need it. If I didn’t have one at home, I’d SO be buying it right now. ^^;
The one thing that’s bad about work is less free time. I’ve been enjoying hanging out with people during the week and parents not being on my case about half a dozen things. Buuut… *shrugs* Hopefully the latter will fade after a week or two, and I’ll be able to do some of the former on the weekends.

To all you people out there, happy Hump-Day [Wednesday].
NAF is in a week and a half. OMG. I’m still trying to work out the Ouran IC panel. So far we’ve got 2 Haruhi’s, a Kyouya, a Hikaru, probably a Kaoru, a Mori (who is shorter than our twins and Kyouya @.@), and Honey (meeee!). In short, we have everyone but Tamaki.
If anyone would like to be Mori or Tamaki and is reading this, please tell me, as our Mori is more than willing to do Tamaki if we can get someone… erm…. More qualified to play the tall guy. =P Heck, if anyone wants Honey, I’d do Tamaki too. =P
In the meantime… our lack of Tamaki, and a suggestion from one of our Haruhis lead me to create this. Isn’t it pretty?
If we don’t get a Tamaki, I’m so gonna be posting those around our presenting area.
And we might be able to do some actual HOSTING! I’m so excited! I just hope that people come/enjoy.
But I have to finish planning it first, and make sure that everyone knows what’s going on. And in a way, this scares me, because I’m starting to act like my mom. :-S

the_pie_ninja, (we had sushi) and then went to her friend’s house. She had already said I was coming, and had, I think, used my real name. But once there I was introduced as Honey-senpai, and within moments was being given a piggyback ride by another girl (who was like “now all I need is the stoic expression”). And other references to me being Honey were made all through the evening… it was awesome. *giggles*
Also, apparently I look way too serious when I play DDR.
I forget if I said this before, as I forget when my last post was, but I placed twice at the Sunday school picnic – in the 3-legged race with two_powers, and in the ladies shoe kick. Didn’t win either, but got high enough to get prizes.
HP comes out in a week. The movie, at least. I need to get together a group and hit the theatre right after work. Or maybe hit a restaurant and THEN the theatre right after work. =P
You know, it’s a little ironic. I start work the week after the rest of my family finished. Heh.
And… ummmm…. I think I originally had more to say, but I think I’ll stop here for now.
No quizzies since I’m updating from work. Maybe I’ll add some later.
