hetalia_rate has taught me 3 things:

1) Either I fail at seeing what other people see, or I need to read a ton more canon (which is what I'm in the purpose of doing right now, actually)

2) People are bad at going back and voting on older entries... there's over 100 apps waiting for stamps, half due to lack of votes

3) the mods, therefore, are not going with their two-week max thing.
