Apr. 20th, 2009 08:59 amMy internal alarm clock can be weird sometimes....
I generally go to bed around midnight. Sometimes a little earlier, sometimes a little later. I expect to sleep for 8-ish hours, which, when I actually get to sleep especially, means sometimes between 8 and 9.
And yet... I don't think I've gotten 8 hours any day over the past week. Not solid at least. Today, maybe, but that involved two nightmares... and waking up pretty much hourly as a result between 6 and 8. (As a note, having a nightmare about someone you've only ever met online is odd.) The weekend, I HAD to get up, which wouldn't have been as bad if I had gotten home earlier Saturday night, or could have gotten to sleep easily Friday night.... and practically the entire week before I was waking up at 7-something and going "why am I awake already?".
Just further proof that I'm not the type of person who sleeps in, I guess.
...I wonder if this will ever change after I experience serious jet lag? (Japan = 13 hours different from Canada..... >.>)
