Gah, freaking out.

Panel time got changed on dramacon to beginning of masq. Which I have full plans on being in. And was part of the time that I specifically said i was not available for. It was originally 2 hours later, which would have meant it should have been fine, particularly if i was given an early timeslot, but not with this!!!!!


*headdesk, headdesk, headdesk*

emailed the guy in charge, but I'm afraid he's gonna say it's too late to change or just be angry at me or something. >.<


In happier news, Finland now has pants and a hat. Hat is slightly crappy, but will work.

(no subject)

I think I found something that will work as a base for Sumomo's hat. Which means hopefully I can start construction on it today.
I don't know if I'm gonna TOUCH my sewing machine today. Which is kinda scary with the amount of sewing I have left to do, but I'm doing other things that need to be done instead. I've got my cookies half-made (those things take FOREVER, it took 2-3 hours to make the batch, mainly moulding the cookies), and I'm washing said base for Sumomo's hat now.
And I'll probably cut out fabric and stuff too.
Though admittedly, I AM scared that it's so close and I'm only actually DONE one costume. >.<
I WILL GET EVERYTHING LOOKING AWESOME. GRRRRR.


And it looks like I'm stuck with the timeslot for panel. But we're gonna try to get me a late slot. So I can go and hopefully not need to be onstage for the masq until... closer to 10, easily. And it's right around the corner and no one will hate me if I have to run out in the middle of it, apparently. (Just need two_powers to phone me if, like, 2 dens ahead go onstage so I have time to get back and make sure everything's in order.)

So hopefully everything will work out awesome. =D


And I'm probably gonna get a charm for Takashi at the con on Friday, if I can. Because that would be cute. =D

But yeah. Everyone come Saturday at 10am for +Anima, and 8pm for Dramacon! Unless you don't want to, or have other things to do. Like the masq. Or sleep. =P

Also also: One of my sister's friends died on his way home to Saskatchewan from their university. His father, too.
Thankfully, his sister, who also attends the school, wasn't with them at the time.
She's taking it a little hard, but I don't blame her. It's hard to lose a friend. But she seems to be distracting herself right now through local friends (she's just gone out with one), so that's good, at least.
