Holly Poly 2019 Letter

Under the cut, you'll find a general list of my likes and dislikes, and then some added info on each of my prompts. I hope there's something that sparks your interest. <3
Aaaaaaah. What a good. And it's super nice seeing it come back into its own again. In general, the wholesome, healing feel of this show is important, and if you can bring that forward, especially if writing for the younger trio, I will love you forever. The older trio has more leeway because, well, they're them, but aaaaaaah. Give me something that will make me feel good about life (with the younger trio), or make me laugh (with the older), and I will love you forever.
I'll be honest, I see this as mainly being a hinge relationship with Tohru having them both, but it'd take a lot of growth on Yuki and Kyou's part to make this comfortably work. If you want to do a true threesome, that's also fine, but again; convince me that it's possible. Show me those two growing into it, and Tohru doing what she can to facilitate and love them both.
That said, Kyou and Yuki coming to a truce over Tohru would be lovely. Having them share her without fighting, because they both need her and love her, and eventually being able to coexist and be gentle with each other. Generally speaking, I'd love fluff or hurt/comfort, or some combination of both with this threesome, or just a gentle slice of life. Something keeping with the feel of canon, for sure, where you end up coming out feeling cleansed and refreshed, and like the world might be a slightly better place.
Them as teenagers or present-time just hanging out and being casually a thing would be A+, as would going back and forth between their past and present and comparing. I'm going to greatly assume that, just like the canonical innuendo, it's mainly Ayame/Shigure with Hatori being dragged along. How much has this stayed the same through the years, and how much has it changed? How quickly can they go from serious to flirty and back again? Generally speaking, I'm here for a good time with these three, so give me something fun or a little hurt/comfort-y with lots of banter thrown in, and I'll probably love it.
I very much OTP Kannao, and I can very easily see Rise fitting in there as well. I've not played Arena or Ultimax, but I've familiarized myself with the plot of both enough that I'd do just fine. I have, however, played Persona Q and Dancing All Night, so really, anywhere in the plotline of anything is fair game.
I definitely do prefer Kanji as somewhere on the bi/pan spectrum, and Naoto as somewhere on the genderqueer spectrum, but whether you want to have her as FTM, demi boy/girl, bigender, genderqueer, or whatever else is fine by me. Just... preferably not entirely female.
My art request for this may sound a little silly, but could you have them playing DDR or another dance game? This is a headcanon I've had in one shape or another for a while, and just. I'd love to actually see it put to page. (Incorporating into a fic would also be lovely! But seeing it would just be * o *)
Fic-wise, I'd love some discussion of gender and sexuality in this. Naoto coming out as what she is, or exploring what feels right to call herself; Kanji maybe discovering "pan" as a romantic and sexual identity; Rise helping them through it all.
Kanji being sweet and not having the words for it, and Rise being great at giving advice but not good at following it herself are both great things. I'd prefer there not to be smut, if I'm being honest, but getting together or Rise giving them makeovers for a night on the town, or just exploring who they are and how they compliment each other would be amazing.
Something based around Dancing All Night, in which Rise tries to talk them into being in another video with her could be fun. Or anything holiday-y, or further talking about their shadows and the darker parts of their identities together. There's a lot of good to be had with these three. Have fun with them, and treat them kindly. <3

I'll admit; there are ships that I wish I could have nominated for this exchange that aren't here (Hatsume Mei/Shinsou Hitoshi/Kaminari Denki is one major one; if you wanted to write me something with those three, I'd be over the moon!) but unfortunately, I found out about the exchange very last-minute. That said, I have some very fun ideas for some of the relationships that did make the cut, and I'd be very excited to see any of them explored.
I'd take the somewhat-canonical fantasy AU for ANY of these relationships. Want to get a bird-man, frog-maiden, and half-dragon together? Awesome! Want to figure out what the heck Mirio and Tamaki would be? (Maybe Tamaki's a half-elf; it'd explain the ears.) Amazing! I love the fantasy AU, and will never say no to cool things set there.
I can so very easily see Mirio and Tamaki being a thing. So, how did the third get involved? Did Nejire bug the other two until they got together and let her join? Did Eijirou get intentionally invited to join, or slowly make his way in due to the ray of sunshine that he is? Or did one of them accidentally end up coming along on a date and it went from there? (and what does it say that I can see that happening with either of them?) Or is their relationship ever-so-slightly open, and both (and others?) have been with them at various points in time?
Getting together fic would be lovely, though I wouldn't say no to smut either. Especially since we have the sun and the sun eater, and. welp. It's in their names, isn't it? =P
Also, if you go the Kirishima route, bonus points if Tetsutetsu also somehow gets involved. Because of course he would eventually. ;)
Tsuyu is very observant and successfully manages to be both blunt and friendly simultaneously. Seeing how that works in a relationship would be lovely. Does she realize that Tokoyami and Dark Shadow both like her, but their reactions to things are different? Does she notice that Tokoyami is crushing hard on Kirishima, and try to talk him into confessing? The sweeter that things can be here, probably the better.
I misread the beginning of a comic once, and thought it was going to be Kirishima/Tokoyami, with lots of poetic stuff (care of Tokoyami) about yearning for the sun. Perhaps even the moon reflecting the sun's light. It turned out to not be like that at all, but MAN I WANT THAT FIC. So, if you're going the Kirishima route here... having stuff about Kirishima's brightness and being a ray of sunshine to Tokoyami's moon or whatnot would be AMAZING. (Tsuyu would call it pretty sweet as well, and be the earth to their sun and moon, I'm sure. <3)
Oh man. There's a couple of ways this could go down. Building this out of the USJ would be lovely. Or just finding any other reason for them to come together. Does it come out of study sessions? Jiro wanting to be with her two favourite people? Show me how it comes to be, and how they fit together, and I will love it.

Preferably with sub!Kaminari who is also charging at least a few toys and may or may not be in his short-circuited mode by the end. Because I can very much see all of this happening and. uh. yeah. I am here for this, apparently.

Show me Parker trying to step away from a life of crime, and having a horrible time of it. Or show me the three trying to make a home together, and trying to mesh their very different ways of life into one cohesive household. Or show me what it's like, with those three trying to run the agency without the other two around anymore. I would also literally just take the three of them cuddling under a blanket together, or a full-on pillowfort, watching things together. Just give me something lovely with these three caring for each other (and snarking at each other in equal measure, because, I mean, it's these three and they've got mutual respect and caring and teasing down pat) and I will 100% adore it.

General Notes
- I particularly like fluff, slice of life, and hurt/comfort, and generally things that can make me laugh and/or want to hug someone.
- I like relatively happy endings. Please do not leave me in heartbreak and with people dead everywhere. (People dead everywhere in the beginning and rebuilding together is much better. XD)
- On that note, if doing hurt/comfort, please focus on the comfort and not on the hurt.
- Also on that note, I'd prefer a lack of heavy gore.
- If you want to have sex involved, I certainly won't say no, but I'd appreciate very enthusiastic consent. Please no rape/non-con. Kink, humour, and banter during sex are wonderful and very appreciated.
- If you feel like doing something holiday-y rather than following my prompts exactly, that is an option for just about everything. Give me secret santas and tree decorating and trying to find the perfect gift for someone or everyone. Or just figuring out how to holiday in general. I will enjoy every bit of it.
- All ordering used for pairings is what exists on AO3 (and thus alphabetical by family name). If I have a particular preference on top/bottom dynamics, I'll try to mention it, though I don't think I do for most of the ones I'm requesting here.
