1001paperboxes here! Thank you in advance for creating an awesome thing for me! I can't wait to see what you come up with!
Under the cut, you'll find a general list of my likes and dislikes, and then some added info on each of my prompts. I hope there's something that sparks your interest. <3
As you can see from my sign-up, I'm pretty much good for any and all Wotakoi content, particularly if it stays true to the feel of the original—I'd prefer the same sort of heartwarming-to-silly and always quite nerdy feel, no matter where you go. But beyond that, the sky's the limit.
That said, my number one request for this fandom will always be for OT4 fic. I mean, Narumi, Hirotaka, Hanako, and Tarou have all admitted to be dating each other's normal type. And with the shipping and fanservice between the boys, and how well the girls just go together... suffice to say, OT4 content of any sort would be absolutely wonderful. Give me them getting together, or being together on a group date, or having group sex, or doing exactly what they did as friends except now with an extra shiny label attached. Show them figuring out the logistics and dealing with internalized homophobia, or being dorks, or being domestic, or preparing for a con, or doing a group cosplay, or whatever else you want. You could do just about anything and I'd be super happy. For that matter, I'd take it all platonic, too, but the OT4 potential is too strong and I want it. ToT
That said, I love the couples as they are, or any other one-on-one combination. Weird pseudo-dates between Narumi and Tarou and/or Hirotaka and Hanako? Good. The girls having fun together as soulmates, and fantasizing about and/or writing friendfiction about the boys (or the boys, shockingly, actually doing things on their own) would also be awesome. (Much to Narumi's potential dismay (and Hanako's delight), I am 100% for Kabakura on top out of the two boys.)
I'd also adore anything with the younger characters. Nao-chan is the best ray of sunshine and otaku-enthusiast despite being clueless about anything actually otaku-related, and his relationship with Kou, and with Ken-chan and Yokkun are all so adorable. I'd love anything shippy or friend-fluff-y with them, or combining them and the older group for a big ol' genfic (or fic with multiple pairings and good feels all around). =D
Another thing that I'd absolutely love is a flashback-y thing with Narumi and both Nifuji siblings. It'd be lovely to see more of them as kids, and the kinds of things they got up to way back when. (Photos and/or a scrapbook of them together as kids and/or through the years would also be amazing.)
Also, Chiba definitely thought that Narumi and Koyanagi were dating for a hot minute; I'd love to see her shipping goggles for any/all of the couples around the office (real, imaginary, or some combination of both).
I love all the canon AUs for this series, and if you'd like to play around with any of them, such as the genderbent versions from volume 4 (English)/8(Japanese) of the manga, or the angels and demons that we see a couple times, that could also be a lot of fun. I also would love to see the Nifujis as werecats, if you'd like to play around with that at all. Other AUs are also welcome!
Overall like I said at the start, keep things fun and heartwarming and nerdy, and I will absolutely love all of it.
Medium-wise, I am pretty open here. Fic would be wonderful, but so would art, or a lot of different types of media, especially if it can be done from an IC perspective. (We've got a series full of nerds; give me something one of them would have created and I'll ADORE it pretty much no matter what.) Give me doujin that Narumi has drawn that is Totally Not Based On Her Friends Why Would You Even Think Such a Thing, or a ship manifesto war between Narumi and Hanako as to which of their boys would be on top. Draw me Narumi sketching while Hirotaka is posing on her bed (dressed however you like ^_~). Or a dress-up game for one or all of them cosplaying.
Really, the sky's the limit. Just have fun with these guys and I'm sure I'll love it.
There are so few fanworks for this series at present, and I can see the possibility for so many different media to be used in filling this request, so if you've got an idea you'd like to follow, then please go for it! I'll love just about anything, and delight in the fact that there's more fan content for this series.
That said, if you want some places to start, I can make some suggestions.
I would love some sort of recipe book that Lucy has collected from the various former Dimanche chefs, or for some of the dishes we see in the series, or the sorts of things that Clementine and Meyer are offering at Bellflower. Similarly, tasting notes, restaurant reviews, or menus would be very welcome.
The idea of scrapbooking could go hand-in-hand with this, and you could show the fruit trio together, or Lucy and all the friends she makes during the series, or memories from the various weddings we hear about (or for the other hinted ships). I'd also love to see articles about the various restaurants, cafés, stores, and their chefs.
Or, if you want to go into the world of Detective Mystic, go ham. I'd love to see that show within a show explored, whether through fanfiction, or the screenplay of an episode, or a poster advertising the latest season, or an article from the show's creators. (Or whatever else you'd like to do.)
If you'd prefer fic, I'd especially love something gen, but am also good with anything shippy if you'd prefer.
The fruit trio (Lucy, Meyer, and Clementine) have somehow taken over my heart, and I would absolutely love to see fic about them! Other character groups I particularly enjoy include the Gourmet Hound crew, the apple trio, Olive, and Lynn, Bartlett, Charlotte, and Dominique. I'd love a sneak peak into one of the early Sundays eating dinner together at Lynn's or to see a relatively normal day at one of the establishments. Or, if you'd like to show another Christmas, and describe in detail Meyer's face when he actually receives one of those ugly sweaters for himself? I will love you forever.
Just. Make something nice in this universe, and I'll love it no matter what shape it takes.
I'd love to see some stuff centered around the aro/ace meeting in episode 6, and the people we meet there. Like, if you want to give me something centered around Meta, or Gocchin. or that queer couple that doesn't live together, or even some ephemera for the meetings themselves, I'd absolutely love that.
That said, the main trio in this show, along with Satoru's ex, all fascinate me, and I'd absolutely adore some slice of life concerning them. Show me a slice of life in the house they call home, or what happens after Satoru moves out, and Sakuko is maintaining the house on her own. How does their relationship grow and change as they both live their dreams? And how does Kazu fit into any and all of this?
Medium-wise, I'm really quite open. Again, things to do with the aro/ace meeting would be lovely, but also anything epistolary between the characters, or going to social media trying to get advice because ACE RELATIONSHIP WHAT DO? or HELP MY EX IS NOT EXACTLY DATING AN OLDER GUY AND I HAVE A CONCERN Or even some of Satoru's blog posts... any or all of that would be wonderful.
Overall, just give me something cozy and wholesome, be it more character/relationship study or platonic fluff or slice of life, and I'll love it immensely.
Another series for which there is currently very little fan content, and for which I'd like basically anything and everything.
I'd equally love to see some "where are they now?" type stuff, or a reinvention of the canon, updating and seeing what (if anything) in the story would change with the way the world is now versus when it was written. Things just generally set in this slice-of-life universe are also very welcome; some slightly more specific prompts below.
I'd love to see everyone reconnecting at a convention again, whether it's one, ten, or more years later. Is it Christie's first time appearing as a guest, or is she still just a regular congoer/doing AA? Did Christie and Matt manage to actually stay in contact over the course of a whole year for once? Is anyone married with children, and do their kids attend conventions yet? (And if so, how many pictures has Monica taken of them?) Has Sexy Joe been banned yet, or is he still running around in up to his old tricks?
Focusing on any of the canon relationships would be lovely. Want to show how Matt and Christie's relationship evolves post-canon? Great! Wanna catch us up on how things are working out between Beth and Raj? Great! Wanna go over how Sandra and Greta's relationship began? Amazing! A very nerdy wedding for any of these couples would also be really neat to see, if you want to guide them through something like that.
There are also some great secondary characters that we never really get to learn enough about, particularly Firebird Studio and Greta. I'd absolutely adore if you dug into one or more of them. Tell me how Firebird Studio got off the ground, or show me the Green siblings' relationship from Greta's perspective, for example, and I'll absolutely adore it.
If you're interested in other media, then honestly I'd love to see some convention-related materials, be it badges or cosplay or a con booklet. Or, if you'd prefer, I'd love to see your take on Christie's works, whether while she's still tabling or when she's making her debut professionally.
In short, give me some good, nerdy, con-life content, or some good, nerdy, not-currently-at-a-con-life content and I'm sure I will love it immensely.
My number one very silly but very good request for this fandom is for Director Ennoshita. Storyboard a movie, give me behind the scenes details, make a poster or an entire exhibition of ephemera for one or multiple movies, and/or an overview of Director Ennoshita's entire career (and all that he's put his teammates through in their creation)! Canon and original movie ideas are both very welcome.
But there's far more than Director Ennoshita to Haikyuu, and there's loads of other things that I'd be happy to receive.
Give me our first year squad maturing together through high school, and everything that awaits them as second- and third-years. I'd especially love to see Yamaguchi getting used to being captain and what that was like for him! Or give me the third years, and what it's been like for them to go through all three years, and the sort of existential thoughts they're having now as graduation looms.
Or give me Ukai and Shimada (and Takinoue) and a bit of their time in high school, and what it's been like growing up together in this town. How have they grown apart or stayed together over the years? How has their relationship with each other changed?
Or, give me something fun with Bokuto and his thoughts on how to be number one of one, or how to be an awesome ace. (Or what he's not allowed to do, according to Asahi.)
Or, give me a guide that Akane created about how awesome volleyball is (and/or that Nekoma is in partocular) so that Alisa can understand.
Found Family vibes would be wonderful for the whole team, especially centred around Ennoshita, Suga, or Yamaguchi. I'd love anything from any of their POVs if you'd like to do that. Or take everyone out of Volleyball entirely and show me them living a different life, where they're all... I don't know—members of an elite competitive chamber orchestra or trying to get an indie coffee shop off the ground or something. (Or, again, just about anything that could be an Ennoshita movie plot. ^_~)
I've listed some of my favourite ships if you'd like to go shippy—I'd love anything from soft crushing with a high school Ukai to dom!Noya and sub!Asahi to hurt/comfort with Tsukishima and Yamaguchi.
Feel free to go as silly or as serious or as sporty as you'd like to go with any of this, and have as much fun with the media as you'd like! I look forward to seeing what you create. =D
Nozaki-kun has such a fun, silly, slice-of-life vibe, and I love how it turns a lot of shoujou (and BL) tropes on their head. I would love to see more of this silliness, and if you can keep that general feel in your work, I will absolutely love it. People bonding over working on the manga or over art in general is great, and very intently playing with gender and tropes is also A++++
I have a particular love for Mayu and Mikorin, and the dual relationship that they don't realize that they have. Them realizing that they are each other—and both boys, or distinctly not realizing this and building an online romance, would be great. (The last two lines from Some Like it Hot come to mind.) Or, if you want to approach their relationship some other way, I'd love to see it. (Or, heck, the two of them settled down a few years down the line, and building a life together that is probably a disaster without the help of their friends. XD)
I'd also love to see Ken and Miyako building a relationship together, possibly due to Maeno. (Tankuki need not be included, BUT ALSO THEY COULD BE. JUST SAYING. XD)
Also also, Nozaki Sibling Bonding. What's it like when they spend time together? How does Yumeko not realize that Yumeno Sakiko is actually taken from her own name, and does she ever actually end up believing that it's her brother? Can the two of them ever rope Mayu into doing something that isn't sleeping or judo?
If you are an artist and are planning on doing comics, let me tell you how much I would LOVE to see your take on the Tomoda/Protagonist doujin. I'm also fine if you would prefer to draw something else, or if you (as a writer) would like to do this as a fic instead, but EGADS I would love to see this actually exist. (Bonus points for melodrama.) Or, if you'd love to go at one level further of abstraction, creating the missing scene that is the actual writing this doujin would ALSO be amazing. Like, show me Nozaki and Mikorin all nighter and it's sure to be an amazing time.
I'd also love to see something set in the realm of Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-san. Wanna explore romance? Great! Just want to explore the dynamics between Yumeko and Ritsuo (with Ichigo there or not)? ALSO GREAT. We've only gotten a tiny bit of this potential future (or what may have once been main canon before everything got changed around); I'd love to see your take on everyone! Feel free to throw in Kashima Rei too—I'd love to see how she grows up and what she'd be like with the characters we've already met! (Whether or not her fairy tale-like shipping goggles are still as strong or not. XD)
In-universe documents would be amazing for either world. I'd love to see interviews or comics or cover pages, or something for a school event, or fangoods for Let's Fall in Love or some ridiculous get-up that someone uses to try and cross-dress, or... really, anything that you want to come up with.
Suffice to say, there's a lot of good potential for good and silly content, and I am here for all of it. I will say that I'd prefer Seo/Waka not to be at all a focus (it's my least favourite dynamic of the bunch) but I'm perfectly fine with it existing in the background. And gen content of all sorts is very welcome in any which direction. Have fun with these guys, and with this canon, and I will look forward to seeing what you create!
Another fandom where I've got a lot of smaller groupings, all of which I'd love. And for the record, I've not requested KiriBaku or poly/queerplatonic Bakusquad at all, but I would be happy to see it in the background or alongside anything else I've asked for. (I just would rather have it not be the sole focus, thus my not directly requesting it.)
Hatsume and Shinsou
I would adore some good ShinMei content. I definitely do ship them, but I'm also fine with platonic or queerplatonic, whatever you prefer. I'd love to see Mei working on Shinsou's gear, whether that's his mask or a full-on costume. (What does Shinsou think of the labs, and of Mei's work? And how did they figure out what would or wouldn't work for him?) Or show them becoming friends maybe after the sports festival, or a little later on, or have them hanging out together at a cat cafe, or in the dorms, or comparing punk/emo and steampunk aesthetics. Or show them making a life together as adults, and what it's like balancing the demands of hero and inventor/Support gear creator life both? How do they spend their downtime and how much schedule coordination is involved? Just. Give this two so much love. They deserve it.
I would also love SO MUCH any schematics you want to create for things that Mei has built. Especially if it's for Shinsou's hero costume or mask.
Kirishima and Tokoyami
I misread the beginning of a comic once, and thought it was going to be Kirishima/Tokoyami, with lots of poetic stuff (care of Tokoyami) about yearning for the sun. Perhaps even the moon reflecting the sun's light. It turned out to not be like that at all, but MAN I WANT THAT FIC. Alternatively, something set in the fantasy universe suggested in season 2's second ending, in which a bird-man and a half-dragon find they have much more in common than they originally thought. Or... really, I'd be happy to see anything with these two. They're an odd choice, but I think that, if done right, they'd be a great pairing to explore!
Kirishima and Midoriya
There's a story that I absolutely love that involves Kirishima and Izuku as very amicable exes, and oh goodness I'd never thought of that and I love it. Want to show me them happily dating? Go for it. Want to just give me them as friends? Go for it. Want to show me their relationship start and gracefully fail? Awesome. However you want to work this, I'm sure it will be a good time. I do like KiriBaku (and poly Bakusquad) quite a bit, and while I'd prefer those ships to not be the center of the fic, I'd be very happy with comparing notes on Bakugou and being supportive around him nonetheless.
Kirishima and Tetsutetsu
Look. LOOK. There can never be enough of these bros being bros. Want to make an ad for their joint hero agency or moving business or whatever else? Go for it. Wanna have them working out together and pushing each other on? Go for it? Want to have them comparing themselves to each other, or giving each other advice, or otherwise just being bros? GO FOR IT. Very happy for it to be romantic or platonic so long as the himbo bro energy is STRONG.
Jirou, Tokoyami, and Shinsou
Punk/Goth/Emo solidarity. That's it, that's the prompt. Have fun with it.
Midoriya, Todoroki, and the Todoroki sibs
I love TodoDeku. I also love Todoroki Sibling bonding. I also also love TodoDeku bonding with the TodoSibs. Do Natsuo and Fuyumi sometimes peanut gallery over the relationship and that their baby brother has Unlocked an Emotion? Do Fuyumi and Izuku become good friends? Is Natsuo very worried over Izuku's increasing number of injuries? If you just want to do some sweet fluffy Tododeku, or some long-overdue Todoroki Sibling bonding, as Shouto learns how to actually be a little brother, that would be equally wonderful too. I'd also 100% accept family bonding with the mothers involved too, if you'd like to include one or both of them!
Hawks and Fuyumi
I can see a lot of potential for softness with this pairing, and the two of them being able to help each other as they adjust to life after everything. Neither of them have really had normal lives thanks to their associations to the world of heroics, but through that, I can see them understanding each other in ways that would match well. So if you want to explore that platonically or in a shippy way, I'd very much enjoy it.
Dekusquad
I'd just love some general friendship fluff. I'm equally happy if it's in the canon universe or in something a little different. (As mentioned above, I'm a sucker for AUs involving music or acting in particular, whether professionally or in university.) If you want to mix this with some fluffy TodoDeku, or more of an ensemble cast? ALL THE BETTER. I'm also quite happy if you want to more polycule the group, for the record.
Aizawa, Yamada, Kayama, Shinsou
Aizawa has some good people around him, and I'd love to see the sort of bonding that happens with them over the years. I equally love the idea of Aizawa and Yamada as being in a relationship, or just queerplatonic and joined at the hip, and love the idea of Yamada just kind of attempting to keep Aizawa from ever fully sinking into his depression hole. Having Kayama around in any sense is good (probably as more of a friend than anything more, but also friends with benefits is very good). Want to show them growing up together (such as it is) in the 15 years between high school and canon? I'd love that. Want to explore a moment on either extreme or in the middle? I'd adore that just as much.
Aizawa and Shinsou bonding is something that is always wonderful, and I'd love to see some introspection on Aizawa's part about how alike they are as he tries to teach Shinsou how to make it as a hero and possibly how to avoid some of the pitfalls he falls into. And of course, they both love cats, so if you want to take advantage of that, please do.
As for Sushi, any part of Aizawa's time knowing that cat would be interesting to dig into, whether his initial finding, or visiting Sushi at Kayama's, or taking care of the now-elderly cat in current manga-era times as everything continues to explode around them.
I'd still love a happy/hopeful ending for anything with Aizawa and friend(s), but feel free to dig into the angst if appropriate! There definitely is a lot there.
(Also, any or all of this from Yamada's POV would be wonderful and is very welcome.)
Just. Have fun with these guys and I'm sure I'll love whatever you end up creating!
One thing that I'd really like for this series is backstory. We get little glimpses of everyone's past as they mention some unusual things about each of their lives before joining Together With Maman. I'd love to see any of those dug into more, whether it's past careers (such as Kumatani's seeming depression at his own job, and finding the life of a cat more valuable than his career, or LITERALLY ALL OF UTANO'S FAILED MUSICAL VENTURES) or childhood (such as Uramichi and Iketeru's intense gynmastic/musical training—what did they think of them growing up? How has that changed with time?). Any sort of sibling bonding between the Daga siblings would be great, and I'd also love something about how they adopted Sayuri. Another glimpse at life in the dorms with Usahara and Kumatani, with or without Uramichi living there as well, would also be awesome. (Photo albums or ephemera from these pasts are very welcome as well! =D)
If you'd prefer to go a little shippy, I'd love more with Kumatani and Iketeru, and how somewhere between Kumatani watching out for Iketeru and Iketeru's seeming ability to do anything if he tries (except read analogue clocks) love might bloom.
If you'd prefer to do something a little more silly, a look at a recording of another episode would be lovely. (What if it was an anniversary episode, or something for the holidays? What sort of antics would ensue and how much would they have a love/hate relationship with all of it?)
Dealing with depression and other mental health issues during any of these is definitely encouraged, especially since it plays a role in canon, but not at all necessary. Just have fun with these guys, and give them some sort of happy ending, and I'm sure it will be great.
Medium-wise, I'd love in-universe documents like scripts, advertisements, or album covers for Utano's various endeavours, but please feel free to have fun if you have an idea that you'd like to pursue. I am definitely open!
I would love to see some unorthodox fanworks for Kamen Rider Build, whether they be science-inspired (complicated, or dumbed down so even Banjou can understand it), or Nascita-related (be it menus, advertizements, or reviews of their terrible coffee), or dealing with the best matches or the very canonical multiverse. ...or a dress-up game of Banjou costumes so that he can go out in public. XD
So if you're up to the challenge of doing something a little out of the ordinary in the way of a Kamen Rider Build fanwork, I would highly encourage you do it! \o/
That said, I love this show and all of its extended protagonists, and would also love more traditional fanworks with starring them. I OT5 the heck out of the main cast, and am very good with Kasumi, the Hokuto Three Crows and/or Gentoku being included as well. And shippy or not, any sort of group antics are incredibly welcome, as are group cuddles and everyone just helping each other through the trauma that is... all of the series and post-canon material.
Show me what it's like for everyone dealing with the trauma and horrors that they're living through, but still trying to care for each other and have light moments and not be bogged down by everything. Show me the aftermath, and trying to reconcile two sets of memories, or show me another future altogether where that may not be the case after all. Or show me a standard day in Nascita at any point in canon, and take me through how they navigate the very small space (and the canonical existence of Only One Bed).
Give me a list of things that each of them aren't allowed to do, or a chore chart, or some of the experiments that they've tried with Banjou over the years (because of course Banjou is the standard guinea pig). Or give me a taste of what social media looks like for them, and how it might be like to connect via internet in a world where they're all just starting to rediscover themselves.
Beyond the OT5, I'd equally love some softness with the Hokuto Three Crows, or Sento and Katsuragi together realizing exactly how morosexual they are and always have been, or two Banjous going after the same Kasumi. Also, Kazumi/Sawa is a pairing that I've always had a special love for, and I'd love to see more of it, too, so please, if you're up for it, I'd love to see it.
But in general, I'd be happy with anything from antics to smut to something that tugs on my heartstrings, so please have fun with these guys and I'll love to see what you create.
There's so much available to explore in YOI medium-wise! I'd love anything to do with their costumes, or any of the various bits of merchandise that probably exists for the skaters in-series. Wanna make some of Yuuri's poster collection (potentially signed by Victor with a sappy message that makes Yuuri want to hide his head in his hands every time he thinks about it)? Go for it. Want to look at some more product placement things? Show me the cereal boxes or trading cards or whatever else you'd like! And if you want to get more into the routines, or do something a little more conceptual (what are everyone's favourite tea orders?) I'm sure I'll enjoy that as well. In short, if you want to do something fun and a little different for this series? Go for it!
As for more traditional fic (and maybe art?) prompts, I've got several depending on who all's involved. And I'll also note as a general rule: all the animals are very welcome, even though they weren't in any of the nominated tags. Makkachin, Potya, and the rest are all wonderful and deserve all the love. :)
Yuuri and Victor
I would adore some Victuuri fluff in any shape or form.
One thing I'd love for you to explore is for well post-canon Victuuri. Where do they settle after they retire and what are they up to? Are they running a skating school-and-resort in Hatsetsu? Do they fly all over the world for exotic getaways? Has Yuuri finally accepted his weight gain and is Victor balding? Do they still do all sorts of exhibition shows? Do they have any children and/or puppies? Just show me them enjoying a lovely life in the years and/or decades post-canon and I'll be delighted.
If you want to get introspective or show a missing scene or POV swap from canon, I am very good for that too.
If you have other burning ideas, especially AUs, feel free to do those instead/as well. <3 I'd prefer not A/B/O and for there to be some sort of happy ending, but beyond that, please have fun! =D
I will note that I'd prefer Victor to top/dom if doing anything smutty or kinky, but I am equally fine with no smut whatsoever; whatever works for you!
Yuuri and Yuri (and Victor)
I'd love some Yuuri/Yuri bonding, especially as Yuri matures and begins to mellow out (assuming he ever does). Would Yuri ever turn to Yuuri for advice, and how reluctant would he be to do so in the first place? Do they get closer with time? And how does Victor factor into their relationship? (Or Otabek for that matter?)
I'm very happy to see Yuri working through his confused and angry crush/boners, whether or not they result in romance or just Yuri moving on in his life. (Heck, if you'd like to go through a history of Yuri's crushes, I'd be 100% here for that).
Yuri and Otabek
I'd love a look at how these two mature together. How does their relationship grow after the Grand Prix Final? How much life and love do they give each other, or is what their relationship based in some other form of understanding and growth (and if so, what)? And how long does it take for "friends" to perhaps no longer fit right, and how do they go about dealing with that potential eventuality?
Or to take this in the exact opposite direction, how much has Otabek been waiting a chance to talk with Yuri? Has he had a crush ever since that skating camp? And why did he decide to make his move at this specific Grand Prix Final?
Yuuri, Yuuko, and Takeshi
I'd love to see something from Yuuri, Yuuko, and Takeshi's childhood. We see a few glimpses in the show, but there's so much left to explore. What did they do together off the ice? Did Yuuko have a crush on Victor to rival Yuuri's, or was Yuuri always the number one fan? (And did they ever have crushes on each other?) Tell me about their time in Detroit. How did Phichit become Yuuri's roommate? (Did they elect for it? Did they have a choice at all?) How did they end up bonding? Tell me about the weird mishmash of holidays they celebrate, and how cheesy Phichit made their whole living area around Christmas time. Or tell me about the mundane day-to-day life, and what it's like balancing their various bits of schoolwork with their demands on ice, and how they arrange meals and everything else. What do they do when they're not busy skating? Movie marathons? Anime conventions? Gaming? Building castles for the hamsters?
Or, if you'd rather, how did Phichit handle/view/aid Yuuri's breakdown? And how is he dealing with his friendgetting married, divorced, and remarried bonding with Victor?
Phichit, Guang-Hong, Leo, and Seung Gil
Social Media Trio plus Introverted Seung Gil! I'd love to see these guys getting up to antics online or off, or Phichit trying to get Seung Gil to enjoy himself and get out of his shell a little. (If anyone is going to be able to manage that, it's him.)
Social media and/or other unconventional formats are definitely encouraged (wanna draw me a selfie of them all in Phichit on Ice cosplays or write an article about said show's opening? YES PLEASE!) but I'm also good with a conventional fic; whatever makes sense to you.

General Notes
- I particularly like fluff, slice of life, and hurt/comfort, and generally things that can make me laugh and/or want to hug someone.
- I like relatively happy endings. Please do not leave me in heartbreak and with people dead everywhere. (People dead everywhere in the beginning and rebuilding together is much better. XD)
- On that note, if doing hurt/comfort, please focus on the comfort and not on the hurt.
- If you want to have sex involved, I certainly won't say no, but I'd appreciate very enthusiastic consent. Please no rape/non-con. Kink, humour, and banter during sex are wonderful and very appreciated. As is non-sexual kink and non-sexual intimacy, so long as everyone is having a good time.
- I do enjoy femdom, if you want to go that route within kinky stuff. Also good with pure fluff and the gen-est gen with equal happiness.
- AUs are fine, and I especially enjoy ones that have to do with drama, music, or food (cafés, bakeries, actors, music students, etc.) or supernatural (werecreatures of all sorts are very welcome). Fantasy, sci-fi, and mundane AUs are fine, but I'd prefer no war or crime-based ones.

Wotakoi
As you can see from my sign-up, I'm pretty much good for any and all Wotakoi content, particularly if it stays true to the feel of the original—I'd prefer the same sort of heartwarming-to-silly and always quite nerdy feel, no matter where you go. But beyond that, the sky's the limit.
That said, my number one request for this fandom will always be for OT4 fic. I mean, Narumi, Hirotaka, Hanako, and Tarou have all admitted to be dating each other's normal type. And with the shipping and fanservice between the boys, and how well the girls just go together... suffice to say, OT4 content of any sort would be absolutely wonderful. Give me them getting together, or being together on a group date, or having group sex, or doing exactly what they did as friends except now with an extra shiny label attached. Show them figuring out the logistics and dealing with internalized homophobia, or being dorks, or being domestic, or preparing for a con, or doing a group cosplay, or whatever else you want. You could do just about anything and I'd be super happy. For that matter, I'd take it all platonic, too, but the OT4 potential is too strong and I want it. ToT
That said, I love the couples as they are, or any other one-on-one combination. Weird pseudo-dates between Narumi and Tarou and/or Hirotaka and Hanako? Good. The girls having fun together as soulmates, and fantasizing about and/or writing friendfiction about the boys (or the boys, shockingly, actually doing things on their own) would also be awesome. (Much to Narumi's potential dismay (and Hanako's delight), I am 100% for Kabakura on top out of the two boys.)
I'd also adore anything with the younger characters. Nao-chan is the best ray of sunshine and otaku-enthusiast despite being clueless about anything actually otaku-related, and his relationship with Kou, and with Ken-chan and Yokkun are all so adorable. I'd love anything shippy or friend-fluff-y with them, or combining them and the older group for a big ol' genfic (or fic with multiple pairings and good feels all around). =D
Another thing that I'd absolutely love is a flashback-y thing with Narumi and both Nifuji siblings. It'd be lovely to see more of them as kids, and the kinds of things they got up to way back when. (Photos and/or a scrapbook of them together as kids and/or through the years would also be amazing.)
Also, Chiba definitely thought that Narumi and Koyanagi were dating for a hot minute; I'd love to see her shipping goggles for any/all of the couples around the office (real, imaginary, or some combination of both).
I love all the canon AUs for this series, and if you'd like to play around with any of them, such as the genderbent versions from volume 4 (English)/8(Japanese) of the manga, or the angels and demons that we see a couple times, that could also be a lot of fun. I also would love to see the Nifujis as werecats, if you'd like to play around with that at all. Other AUs are also welcome!
Overall like I said at the start, keep things fun and heartwarming and nerdy, and I will absolutely love all of it.
Medium-wise, I am pretty open here. Fic would be wonderful, but so would art, or a lot of different types of media, especially if it can be done from an IC perspective. (We've got a series full of nerds; give me something one of them would have created and I'll ADORE it pretty much no matter what.) Give me doujin that Narumi has drawn that is Totally Not Based On Her Friends Why Would You Even Think Such a Thing, or a ship manifesto war between Narumi and Hanako as to which of their boys would be on top. Draw me Narumi sketching while Hirotaka is posing on her bed (dressed however you like ^_~). Or a dress-up game for one or all of them cosplaying.
Really, the sky's the limit. Just have fun with these guys and I'm sure I'll love it.
Gourmet Hound
There are so few fanworks for this series at present, and I can see the possibility for so many different media to be used in filling this request, so if you've got an idea you'd like to follow, then please go for it! I'll love just about anything, and delight in the fact that there's more fan content for this series.
That said, if you want some places to start, I can make some suggestions.
I would love some sort of recipe book that Lucy has collected from the various former Dimanche chefs, or for some of the dishes we see in the series, or the sorts of things that Clementine and Meyer are offering at Bellflower. Similarly, tasting notes, restaurant reviews, or menus would be very welcome.
The idea of scrapbooking could go hand-in-hand with this, and you could show the fruit trio together, or Lucy and all the friends she makes during the series, or memories from the various weddings we hear about (or for the other hinted ships). I'd also love to see articles about the various restaurants, cafés, stores, and their chefs.
Or, if you want to go into the world of Detective Mystic, go ham. I'd love to see that show within a show explored, whether through fanfiction, or the screenplay of an episode, or a poster advertising the latest season, or an article from the show's creators. (Or whatever else you'd like to do.)
If you'd prefer fic, I'd especially love something gen, but am also good with anything shippy if you'd prefer.
The fruit trio (Lucy, Meyer, and Clementine) have somehow taken over my heart, and I would absolutely love to see fic about them! Other character groups I particularly enjoy include the Gourmet Hound crew, the apple trio, Olive, and Lynn, Bartlett, Charlotte, and Dominique. I'd love a sneak peak into one of the early Sundays eating dinner together at Lynn's or to see a relatively normal day at one of the establishments. Or, if you'd like to show another Christmas, and describe in detail Meyer's face when he actually receives one of those ugly sweaters for himself? I will love you forever.
Just. Make something nice in this universe, and I'll love it no matter what shape it takes.
Koisenu Futari
I'd love to see some stuff centered around the aro/ace meeting in episode 6, and the people we meet there. Like, if you want to give me something centered around Meta, or Gocchin. or that queer couple that doesn't live together, or even some ephemera for the meetings themselves, I'd absolutely love that.
That said, the main trio in this show, along with Satoru's ex, all fascinate me, and I'd absolutely adore some slice of life concerning them. Show me a slice of life in the house they call home, or what happens after Satoru moves out, and Sakuko is maintaining the house on her own. How does their relationship grow and change as they both live their dreams? And how does Kazu fit into any and all of this?
Medium-wise, I'm really quite open. Again, things to do with the aro/ace meeting would be lovely, but also anything epistolary between the characters, or going to social media trying to get advice because ACE RELATIONSHIP WHAT DO? or HELP MY EX IS NOT EXACTLY DATING AN OLDER GUY AND I HAVE A CONCERN Or even some of Satoru's blog posts... any or all of that would be wonderful.
Overall, just give me something cozy and wholesome, be it more character/relationship study or platonic fluff or slice of life, and I'll love it immensely.
Dramacon
Another series for which there is currently very little fan content, and for which I'd like basically anything and everything.
I'd equally love to see some "where are they now?" type stuff, or a reinvention of the canon, updating and seeing what (if anything) in the story would change with the way the world is now versus when it was written. Things just generally set in this slice-of-life universe are also very welcome; some slightly more specific prompts below.
I'd love to see everyone reconnecting at a convention again, whether it's one, ten, or more years later. Is it Christie's first time appearing as a guest, or is she still just a regular congoer/doing AA? Did Christie and Matt manage to actually stay in contact over the course of a whole year for once? Is anyone married with children, and do their kids attend conventions yet? (And if so, how many pictures has Monica taken of them?) Has Sexy Joe been banned yet, or is he still running around in up to his old tricks?
Focusing on any of the canon relationships would be lovely. Want to show how Matt and Christie's relationship evolves post-canon? Great! Wanna catch us up on how things are working out between Beth and Raj? Great! Wanna go over how Sandra and Greta's relationship began? Amazing! A very nerdy wedding for any of these couples would also be really neat to see, if you want to guide them through something like that.
There are also some great secondary characters that we never really get to learn enough about, particularly Firebird Studio and Greta. I'd absolutely adore if you dug into one or more of them. Tell me how Firebird Studio got off the ground, or show me the Green siblings' relationship from Greta's perspective, for example, and I'll absolutely adore it.
If you're interested in other media, then honestly I'd love to see some convention-related materials, be it badges or cosplay or a con booklet. Or, if you'd prefer, I'd love to see your take on Christie's works, whether while she's still tabling or when she's making her debut professionally.
In short, give me some good, nerdy, con-life content, or some good, nerdy, not-currently-at-a-con-life content and I'm sure I will love it immensely.
Haikyuu!!
My number one very silly but very good request for this fandom is for Director Ennoshita. Storyboard a movie, give me behind the scenes details, make a poster or an entire exhibition of ephemera for one or multiple movies, and/or an overview of Director Ennoshita's entire career (and all that he's put his teammates through in their creation)! Canon and original movie ideas are both very welcome.
But there's far more than Director Ennoshita to Haikyuu, and there's loads of other things that I'd be happy to receive.
Give me our first year squad maturing together through high school, and everything that awaits them as second- and third-years. I'd especially love to see Yamaguchi getting used to being captain and what that was like for him! Or give me the third years, and what it's been like for them to go through all three years, and the sort of existential thoughts they're having now as graduation looms.
Or give me Ukai and Shimada (and Takinoue) and a bit of their time in high school, and what it's been like growing up together in this town. How have they grown apart or stayed together over the years? How has their relationship with each other changed?
Or, give me something fun with Bokuto and his thoughts on how to be number one of one, or how to be an awesome ace. (Or what he's not allowed to do, according to Asahi.)
Or, give me a guide that Akane created about how awesome volleyball is (and/or that Nekoma is in partocular) so that Alisa can understand.
Found Family vibes would be wonderful for the whole team, especially centred around Ennoshita, Suga, or Yamaguchi. I'd love anything from any of their POVs if you'd like to do that. Or take everyone out of Volleyball entirely and show me them living a different life, where they're all... I don't know—members of an elite competitive chamber orchestra or trying to get an indie coffee shop off the ground or something. (Or, again, just about anything that could be an Ennoshita movie plot. ^_~)
I've listed some of my favourite ships if you'd like to go shippy—I'd love anything from soft crushing with a high school Ukai to dom!Noya and sub!Asahi to hurt/comfort with Tsukishima and Yamaguchi.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
Nozaki-kun has such a fun, silly, slice-of-life vibe, and I love how it turns a lot of shoujou (and BL) tropes on their head. I would love to see more of this silliness, and if you can keep that general feel in your work, I will absolutely love it. People bonding over working on the manga or over art in general is great, and very intently playing with gender and tropes is also A++++
I have a particular love for Mayu and Mikorin, and the dual relationship that they don't realize that they have. Them realizing that they are each other—and both boys, or distinctly not realizing this and building an online romance, would be great. (The last two lines from Some Like it Hot come to mind.) Or, if you want to approach their relationship some other way, I'd love to see it. (Or, heck, the two of them settled down a few years down the line, and building a life together that is probably a disaster without the help of their friends. XD)
I'd also love to see Ken and Miyako building a relationship together, possibly due to Maeno. (Tankuki need not be included, BUT ALSO THEY COULD BE. JUST SAYING. XD)
Also also, Nozaki Sibling Bonding. What's it like when they spend time together? How does Yumeko not realize that Yumeno Sakiko is actually taken from her own name, and does she ever actually end up believing that it's her brother? Can the two of them ever rope Mayu into doing something that isn't sleeping or judo?
If you are an artist and are planning on doing comics, let me tell you how much I would LOVE to see your take on the Tomoda/Protagonist doujin. I'm also fine if you would prefer to draw something else, or if you (as a writer) would like to do this as a fic instead, but EGADS I would love to see this actually exist. (Bonus points for melodrama.) Or, if you'd love to go at one level further of abstraction, creating the missing scene that is the actual writing this doujin would ALSO be amazing. Like, show me Nozaki and Mikorin all nighter and it's sure to be an amazing time.
I'd also love to see something set in the realm of Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-san. Wanna explore romance? Great! Just want to explore the dynamics between Yumeko and Ritsuo (with Ichigo there or not)? ALSO GREAT. We've only gotten a tiny bit of this potential future (or what may have once been main canon before everything got changed around); I'd love to see your take on everyone! Feel free to throw in Kashima Rei too—I'd love to see how she grows up and what she'd be like with the characters we've already met! (Whether or not her fairy tale-like shipping goggles are still as strong or not. XD)
In-universe documents would be amazing for either world. I'd love to see interviews or comics or cover pages, or something for a school event, or fangoods for Let's Fall in Love or some ridiculous get-up that someone uses to try and cross-dress, or... really, anything that you want to come up with.
Suffice to say, there's a lot of good potential for good and silly content, and I am here for all of it. I will say that I'd prefer Seo/Waka not to be at all a focus (it's my least favourite dynamic of the bunch) but I'm perfectly fine with it existing in the background. And gen content of all sorts is very welcome in any which direction. Have fun with these guys, and with this canon, and I will look forward to seeing what you create!
My Hero Academia
Another fandom where I've got a lot of smaller groupings, all of which I'd love. And for the record, I've not requested KiriBaku or poly/queerplatonic Bakusquad at all, but I would be happy to see it in the background or alongside anything else I've asked for. (I just would rather have it not be the sole focus, thus my not directly requesting it.)
Hatsume and Shinsou
I would adore some good ShinMei content. I definitely do ship them, but I'm also fine with platonic or queerplatonic, whatever you prefer. I'd love to see Mei working on Shinsou's gear, whether that's his mask or a full-on costume. (What does Shinsou think of the labs, and of Mei's work? And how did they figure out what would or wouldn't work for him?) Or show them becoming friends maybe after the sports festival, or a little later on, or have them hanging out together at a cat cafe, or in the dorms, or comparing punk/emo and steampunk aesthetics. Or show them making a life together as adults, and what it's like balancing the demands of hero and inventor/Support gear creator life both? How do they spend their downtime and how much schedule coordination is involved? Just. Give this two so much love. They deserve it.
I would also love SO MUCH any schematics you want to create for things that Mei has built. Especially if it's for Shinsou's hero costume or mask.
Kirishima and Tokoyami
I misread the beginning of a comic once, and thought it was going to be Kirishima/Tokoyami, with lots of poetic stuff (care of Tokoyami) about yearning for the sun. Perhaps even the moon reflecting the sun's light. It turned out to not be like that at all, but MAN I WANT THAT FIC. Alternatively, something set in the fantasy universe suggested in season 2's second ending, in which a bird-man and a half-dragon find they have much more in common than they originally thought. Or... really, I'd be happy to see anything with these two. They're an odd choice, but I think that, if done right, they'd be a great pairing to explore!
Kirishima and Midoriya
There's a story that I absolutely love that involves Kirishima and Izuku as very amicable exes, and oh goodness I'd never thought of that and I love it. Want to show me them happily dating? Go for it. Want to just give me them as friends? Go for it. Want to show me their relationship start and gracefully fail? Awesome. However you want to work this, I'm sure it will be a good time. I do like KiriBaku (and poly Bakusquad) quite a bit, and while I'd prefer those ships to not be the center of the fic, I'd be very happy with comparing notes on Bakugou and being supportive around him nonetheless.
Kirishima and Tetsutetsu
Look. LOOK. There can never be enough of these bros being bros. Want to make an ad for their joint hero agency or moving business or whatever else? Go for it. Wanna have them working out together and pushing each other on? Go for it? Want to have them comparing themselves to each other, or giving each other advice, or otherwise just being bros? GO FOR IT. Very happy for it to be romantic or platonic so long as the himbo bro energy is STRONG.
Jirou, Tokoyami, and Shinsou
Punk/Goth/Emo solidarity. That's it, that's the prompt. Have fun with it.
Midoriya, Todoroki, and the Todoroki sibs
I love TodoDeku. I also love Todoroki Sibling bonding. I also also love TodoDeku bonding with the TodoSibs. Do Natsuo and Fuyumi sometimes peanut gallery over the relationship and that their baby brother has Unlocked an Emotion? Do Fuyumi and Izuku become good friends? Is Natsuo very worried over Izuku's increasing number of injuries? If you just want to do some sweet fluffy Tododeku, or some long-overdue Todoroki Sibling bonding, as Shouto learns how to actually be a little brother, that would be equally wonderful too. I'd also 100% accept family bonding with the mothers involved too, if you'd like to include one or both of them!
Hawks and Fuyumi
I can see a lot of potential for softness with this pairing, and the two of them being able to help each other as they adjust to life after everything. Neither of them have really had normal lives thanks to their associations to the world of heroics, but through that, I can see them understanding each other in ways that would match well. So if you want to explore that platonically or in a shippy way, I'd very much enjoy it.
Dekusquad
I'd just love some general friendship fluff. I'm equally happy if it's in the canon universe or in something a little different. (As mentioned above, I'm a sucker for AUs involving music or acting in particular, whether professionally or in university.) If you want to mix this with some fluffy TodoDeku, or more of an ensemble cast? ALL THE BETTER. I'm also quite happy if you want to more polycule the group, for the record.
Aizawa, Yamada, Kayama, Shinsou
Aizawa has some good people around him, and I'd love to see the sort of bonding that happens with them over the years. I equally love the idea of Aizawa and Yamada as being in a relationship, or just queerplatonic and joined at the hip, and love the idea of Yamada just kind of attempting to keep Aizawa from ever fully sinking into his depression hole. Having Kayama around in any sense is good (probably as more of a friend than anything more, but also friends with benefits is very good). Want to show them growing up together (such as it is) in the 15 years between high school and canon? I'd love that. Want to explore a moment on either extreme or in the middle? I'd adore that just as much.
Aizawa and Shinsou bonding is something that is always wonderful, and I'd love to see some introspection on Aizawa's part about how alike they are as he tries to teach Shinsou how to make it as a hero and possibly how to avoid some of the pitfalls he falls into. And of course, they both love cats, so if you want to take advantage of that, please do.
As for Sushi, any part of Aizawa's time knowing that cat would be interesting to dig into, whether his initial finding, or visiting Sushi at Kayama's, or taking care of the now-elderly cat in current manga-era times as everything continues to explode around them.
I'd still love a happy/hopeful ending for anything with Aizawa and friend(s), but feel free to dig into the angst if appropriate! There definitely is a lot there.
(Also, any or all of this from Yamada's POV would be wonderful and is very welcome.)
Just. Have fun with these guys and I'm sure I'll love whatever you end up creating!
Life Lessons with Uramichi Oniisan
One thing that I'd really like for this series is backstory. We get little glimpses of everyone's past as they mention some unusual things about each of their lives before joining Together With Maman. I'd love to see any of those dug into more, whether it's past careers (such as Kumatani's seeming depression at his own job, and finding the life of a cat more valuable than his career, or LITERALLY ALL OF UTANO'S FAILED MUSICAL VENTURES) or childhood (such as Uramichi and Iketeru's intense gynmastic/musical training—what did they think of them growing up? How has that changed with time?). Any sort of sibling bonding between the Daga siblings would be great, and I'd also love something about how they adopted Sayuri. Another glimpse at life in the dorms with Usahara and Kumatani, with or without Uramichi living there as well, would also be awesome. (Photo albums or ephemera from these pasts are very welcome as well! =D)
If you'd prefer to go a little shippy, I'd love more with Kumatani and Iketeru, and how somewhere between Kumatani watching out for Iketeru and Iketeru's seeming ability to do anything if he tries (except read analogue clocks) love might bloom.
If you'd prefer to do something a little more silly, a look at a recording of another episode would be lovely. (What if it was an anniversary episode, or something for the holidays? What sort of antics would ensue and how much would they have a love/hate relationship with all of it?)
Dealing with depression and other mental health issues during any of these is definitely encouraged, especially since it plays a role in canon, but not at all necessary. Just have fun with these guys, and give them some sort of happy ending, and I'm sure it will be great.
Medium-wise, I'd love in-universe documents like scripts, advertisements, or album covers for Utano's various endeavours, but please feel free to have fun if you have an idea that you'd like to pursue. I am definitely open!
Kamen Rider Build
I would love to see some unorthodox fanworks for Kamen Rider Build, whether they be science-inspired (complicated, or dumbed down so even Banjou can understand it), or Nascita-related (be it menus, advertizements, or reviews of their terrible coffee), or dealing with the best matches or the very canonical multiverse. ...or a dress-up game of Banjou costumes so that he can go out in public. XD
So if you're up to the challenge of doing something a little out of the ordinary in the way of a Kamen Rider Build fanwork, I would highly encourage you do it! \o/
That said, I love this show and all of its extended protagonists, and would also love more traditional fanworks with starring them. I OT5 the heck out of the main cast, and am very good with Kasumi, the Hokuto Three Crows and/or Gentoku being included as well. And shippy or not, any sort of group antics are incredibly welcome, as are group cuddles and everyone just helping each other through the trauma that is... all of the series and post-canon material.
Show me what it's like for everyone dealing with the trauma and horrors that they're living through, but still trying to care for each other and have light moments and not be bogged down by everything. Show me the aftermath, and trying to reconcile two sets of memories, or show me another future altogether where that may not be the case after all. Or show me a standard day in Nascita at any point in canon, and take me through how they navigate the very small space (and the canonical existence of Only One Bed).
Give me a list of things that each of them aren't allowed to do, or a chore chart, or some of the experiments that they've tried with Banjou over the years (because of course Banjou is the standard guinea pig). Or give me a taste of what social media looks like for them, and how it might be like to connect via internet in a world where they're all just starting to rediscover themselves.
Beyond the OT5, I'd equally love some softness with the Hokuto Three Crows, or Sento and Katsuragi together realizing exactly how morosexual they are and always have been, or two Banjous going after the same Kasumi. Also, Kazumi/Sawa is a pairing that I've always had a special love for, and I'd love to see more of it, too, so please, if you're up for it, I'd love to see it.
But in general, I'd be happy with anything from antics to smut to something that tugs on my heartstrings, so please have fun with these guys and I'll love to see what you create.
Yuri!!! on Ice
There's so much available to explore in YOI medium-wise! I'd love anything to do with their costumes, or any of the various bits of merchandise that probably exists for the skaters in-series. Wanna make some of Yuuri's poster collection (potentially signed by Victor with a sappy message that makes Yuuri want to hide his head in his hands every time he thinks about it)? Go for it. Want to look at some more product placement things? Show me the cereal boxes or trading cards or whatever else you'd like! And if you want to get more into the routines, or do something a little more conceptual (what are everyone's favourite tea orders?) I'm sure I'll enjoy that as well. In short, if you want to do something fun and a little different for this series? Go for it!
As for more traditional fic (and maybe art?) prompts, I've got several depending on who all's involved. And I'll also note as a general rule: all the animals are very welcome, even though they weren't in any of the nominated tags. Makkachin, Potya, and the rest are all wonderful and deserve all the love. :)
Yuuri and Victor
I would adore some Victuuri fluff in any shape or form.
One thing I'd love for you to explore is for well post-canon Victuuri. Where do they settle after they retire and what are they up to? Are they running a skating school-and-resort in Hatsetsu? Do they fly all over the world for exotic getaways? Has Yuuri finally accepted his weight gain and is Victor balding? Do they still do all sorts of exhibition shows? Do they have any children and/or puppies? Just show me them enjoying a lovely life in the years and/or decades post-canon and I'll be delighted.
If you want to get introspective or show a missing scene or POV swap from canon, I am very good for that too.
If you have other burning ideas, especially AUs, feel free to do those instead/as well. <3 I'd prefer not A/B/O and for there to be some sort of happy ending, but beyond that, please have fun! =D
I will note that I'd prefer Victor to top/dom if doing anything smutty or kinky, but I am equally fine with no smut whatsoever; whatever works for you!
Yuuri and Yuri (and Victor)
I'd love some Yuuri/Yuri bonding, especially as Yuri matures and begins to mellow out (assuming he ever does). Would Yuri ever turn to Yuuri for advice, and how reluctant would he be to do so in the first place? Do they get closer with time? And how does Victor factor into their relationship? (Or Otabek for that matter?)
I'm very happy to see Yuri working through his confused and angry crush/boners, whether or not they result in romance or just Yuri moving on in his life. (Heck, if you'd like to go through a history of Yuri's crushes, I'd be 100% here for that).
Yuri and Otabek
I'd love a look at how these two mature together. How does their relationship grow after the Grand Prix Final? How much life and love do they give each other, or is what their relationship based in some other form of understanding and growth (and if so, what)? And how long does it take for "friends" to perhaps no longer fit right, and how do they go about dealing with that potential eventuality?
Or to take this in the exact opposite direction, how much has Otabek been waiting a chance to talk with Yuri? Has he had a crush ever since that skating camp? And why did he decide to make his move at this specific Grand Prix Final?
Yuuri, Yuuko, and Takeshi
I'd love to see something from Yuuri, Yuuko, and Takeshi's childhood. We see a few glimpses in the show, but there's so much left to explore. What did they do together off the ice? Did Yuuko have a crush on Victor to rival Yuuri's, or was Yuuri always the number one fan? (And did they ever have crushes on each other?) When did Yuuko stop skating competitively and why (and how did that affect all three of them)? Literally give me anything from before Yuuri leaves for Detroit and I'll be super happy.
Yuuri and Phichit
Tell me about their time in Detroit. How did Phichit become Yuuri's roommate? (Did they elect for it? Did they have a choice at all?) How did they end up bonding? Tell me about the weird mishmash of holidays they celebrate, and how cheesy Phichit made their whole living area around Christmas time. Or tell me about the mundane day-to-day life, and what it's like balancing their various bits of schoolwork with their demands on ice, and how they arrange meals and everything else. What do they do when they're not busy skating? Movie marathons? Anime conventions? Gaming? Building castles for the hamsters?
Or, if you'd rather, how did Phichit handle/view/aid Yuuri's breakdown? And how is he dealing with his friend
Phichit, Guang-Hong, Leo, and Seung Gil
Social Media Trio plus Introverted Seung Gil! I'd love to see these guys getting up to antics online or off, or Phichit trying to get Seung Gil to enjoy himself and get out of his shell a little. (If anyone is going to be able to manage that, it's him.)
Social media and/or other unconventional formats are definitely encouraged (wanna draw me a selfie of them all in Phichit on Ice cosplays or write an article about said show's opening? YES PLEASE!) but I'm also good with a conventional fic; whatever makes sense to you.
Have fun with these guys, and feel free to add anyone else in that you like. I'd just love more content with them in general and would love to see what you come up with!
Chris, Victor, and Yuuri
I'd love some backstory with these guys. What was Chris' relationship with Victor (and/or Yuuri) before Victor dropped everything to become Yuuri's coach? How does it change with time? Does he ever stop being jealous? And how does Chris' relationship with Victor and/or Yuuri change over time?
Also, who manages to actually get married first? Chris or them? ;)
Just... have fun with any or all of these guys and I'll love it.
