Wow! I meant to update this a little while ago... but never got around to it.
What have I been up to lately? Well... basically, for the past week, all my time has been spent working on the Wizard of Oz. Really. Last night I managed to beat my record for the longest time spent at school by being there for 13 hours. I was there for 12 and a half today.
It's coming pretty well, except for a few things:
1 -- Glinda is never there. You can see how this would be problematic.
2 -- "Merry Old Land" is only half done.
3 -- not so much a problem as a WOW thing... our 1st performance is in 18 days. 18!
Today was fun. I brought a sandwich from home to have for dinner, and so I was randomly playing/singing some stuff in the vocals room since basically no one else was there. Conrad came in, and so he started playin' some stuff and I sang along when I could, which was most of the time. I then talked to Amy, who said I need to become more of a girly girl because I don't follow who's going out with whom, and I don't think anyone likes me. I told her that I do like someone though... and so now about half a dozen people know I like someone in MT, but I have not said whom. ^^; (Really... I don't think anyone has any interest in me, so what does it matter if I like someone/who I like?) One or two of the people there probably think I like Chris (a guy who plays alto sax in pit band, or the guy who plays the munchkin farmer depending on which one they meant... I didn't think of asking them to specify... ^^;) because he was the 1st person I named because I was like "You know, I'm just going to say 'no' no matter who you say, because if you go through a class list sooner or later you'll get to him...". If any of those people are reading this (which I highly doubt), it's not Chris (or Chris, for that matter). :P LOL Conrad asked if it was him... and I burst out laughing. Sorry, but how many times do you have someone come up during a conversation like that, and ask "is it me?". (It's not Conrad either...)
We've gotten our Toto!!! His real name is Storm, and he's a little poodle puppy (I'm pretty sure at least... he looks like a poodle to me...). Cute puppy!!!! Oh so adorable!!!
I feel sorry for Stuart and Justin. Also Nikki, but she hasn't been around as much. Why? Because their costumes are all long-sleeved, and HOT. Honestly... we've had a hot spell the last few days, and the three were in complete costume yesterday for our run (not today, though Stuart and Justin were wearing some parts of theirs still). When the two boys came offstage, they looked exhausted, hot, and were obviously sweating buckets. (Justin's shirt was literally covered in sweat.) People thought I was crazy because I was wearing fleece pants today. I was actually feeling fine in them. ^^;
Well, I don't have that much more to say right now... so I shall now put in my half finished post from a few weeks ago, which goes over a few days worth of randomness...

Tomorrow's SIMUN!! YAY!!! I actually haven't been around to work on the stuff for it a lot lately due to a number of things, but I have no doubt that it will go well. I can't wait!
