Vegan Chocolate Cake

Adapted from Cooks.com" recipe.

1.5 cups flour
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
.5 cup white sugar
.5 cup brown sugar
dash of salt
5 tbsp oil (canola or whatever's available)
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cold water

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients up to salt.
Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

Cook in 9x9 cake pan for half an hour, or cupcake/mini cupcake pans for less time.
