As of right now, that would either be Chiyo-penguin (Azumanga Daioh), or episode 9!Honey with a full cast for the end of episode 9 cosplays (crossplaying and no need to bind, 'cause they're stuffing! ...Ouran).

I'm not sure if it really counts, but being part of a complete cast of ANYTHING (well, anything I like) would be a dream come true for me too.
