Okay. I got my iFlurtz results today.
In band, a guy told me that he got me as his #1 match (in his grade). He was my 3rd (tied for 2nd with 2 other guys actually... in my grade again...) this year, and my 1st last year. My #1 overall from last year isn't on my list this year, (either 'cause he didn't take it or he just isn't *shrugs* doesn't matter either way), and the guy who got 2nd on that list is now #1... tied for #1 actually. The guy who is #1 in my grade... well... I probably wouldn't have minded back in grade 9... but I find him very annoying and hard to work with... as does basically everyone else I know (that knows him). Do I hate him? No. I don't hate anyone. However, he's definitely not going to be a love interest of mine anytime soon. Meh. I did this just for curiosity, fun, and to support the school. I'm not expecting to end up with any of them.
Okay... everyone that goes to Sinclair and is reading this, buy stuff from the school store this week! I'm working there this week... we're fundraising for Model United Nations. Oh... and I'm very disappointed in you Lauren (both of you), you didn't buy anything and I didn't get a pancake! :(
But yeah... school store's fun. I haven't worked there since grade 9, and now I'm right back into it. It keeps me busy, there's a nice, friendly atmosphere, and we're allowed to have free candy! (note: I don't tend to take any for myself, so I won't give any away either, so don't ask). I randomly volunteered to come on every day, mostly because hardly anyone was at the meeting where we delegated and I actually like working there. People from the club can randomly show up and help... I think one guy might end up doing it with me all week... he said he'd do yesterday and Thursday and then showed up today too... so that's already more than half the week that he's showing up... who knows? Meh... I won't be alone for any day... there's at least one other person on every day (just not the same person from day to day) plus the teacher of course... and she's out there with us "kiddies".
Hmmm... I've been trying to remember... when I was doing this back in grade 9, I think that the guy playing the Tin Man might have been on with me. I can't remember for sure though. I'll have to randomly ask him one day. Yeah... it's sort of scary how many people I randomly met in grade 9 but didn't get to know too well. For example, I knew of some people like Chantal and Stuart by face if not by name because they sat on the other side of the... open area place thingy where I eat lunch. I never talked to them or anything, I just sort of came to know who they were by face/appearance because I saw them from where I sat with my group of grade 9 and 10 friends. It's sort of like half the people we all know from being in random classes with each other. Chances are, for many of the classes, we'll never directly speak to the person, but we come to know who's there by face.
Mua ha ha... in choreo for Ding Dong the Witch Is Dead, everyone gets to bow down to me! Yep... I'm the shortest and youngest of the munchkins, and yet I'm the mayor. Because of this, guess who gets to lead a whole lot of the little mini dance sequences? Yep, me. We're in pyramids and I'm in front. We go in a line, and I'm in the front, or to the very far left. Meh... at least I'll be seen. Just can't make any mistakes now... ^^;
Band was fun today. ^_^ Selbes randomly decided to turn the first two rows around so all the saxes, brass, and percussion people could hear us great(ly in need of lots of practice) flutes andclar me-inets. (Yes, clarinets rule. No, I am not biased. :P) So... we got to see each other too. My locker buddy sits right behind me, being a tenor sax-ist... so we were right in front of each other... and my crush was right in my line of view too. ^_^ Does he like me? Almost definitely not... but meh. That's normal. It's not like I'm brave enough to tell him I like him anyway... and the only person who I know knows who he is... will find herself drowned in the 5th floor swimming pool if she tells... and she knows it. (Mind you, there is no 5th floor, thus no pool, but still, I would be very angry/upset if she did, and I'm not the kind of person to get that way all too often.) And that's partially why Claire-chan has had so little of a love life thus far. Meh. Que sera sera...
Meh... I've been learning/discovering random little facts about people lately. It's fun. ^_^ Some have a purpose, no matter how minor (the 2 Laurens and I all have sisters in grade 8, and a guy I know is red/green colourblind), some are mere coincidences (the two Laurens have both randomly worn pink stripes on the same day for 2 weeks in a row now) and some are anticdotal and have no real importance whatsoever (that random theatre stuff that Susan and I were talking about, and the one or 2 other stories Jen was able to add to that on Sunday). I love these random facts. *huggles them* It's fun knowing non-overly embarrassing (no Jen, no "Feb. 2, 1989..."), (almost) pointless facts about people I know. Anyone have any for me? Please?

You are a vampire, but one that consists of denile
shame for what you are, you try and live life
normaly, feeding on animals, but living in the
shadows, you regret your gift from ever coming
to you. You are constantly in a state of sorrow
and self pitty, so a tip for you would be is,
don't be ashamed, there are much worse things
out there than being a vampire, and if you use
your gift correctly you could live a normal as
can get, happy life, but if you stay in the
shadows any longer you will become one your
self. Please rate this quiz!

You're Element is Water. You are soft and serene at
most times but like Wind, you're scary when
you're mad. You proabaly have a talent is
singing and even your speaking voice is lovely.
You have an innocent type of beauty that makes
you look younger than you are and you like
close relationships with people.

Hmmm... maybe this explains that puddle from my last entry... ^^;

You're chocolate. You're the old soul type, people
feel that they have known you their entire
life. Many often open up to you for they view
you as thoughtful and trustworthy. Although
people trust you, you have a hard time trusting
them. You prefer to keep your feelings bottled
up inside, or display them very quietly. It is
alright to open up every once in a while.

Oh... my random fact: colourblind people make horrible strawberry pickers. ^^;

Date: 2004-02-25 12:20 pm (UTC)Darn that male vampire quiz was annoying. I got to a level of greater acceptance than Claire. Apparently, I would help people.
*steals a strawberry* Yum!
See that piccie? *points to lj-pic used for this comment*
That's what it looks like from a colourblind (Deuteranope to be more specific... it's a red/green colourblindness problem) person's perspective. I found a site that will show you what sites look like. ^_^
